On a beautiful spring morning, the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Douglas Nutrition, a new locally owned health and wellness business located at 506 N. Peterson Avenue in Douglas.

Douglas Nutrition, owned and operated by Zach and Heather Adams, offers a vibrant menu of nutritious drinks and snacks designed to support healthy lifestyles. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of loaded teas, meal replacement shakes, parfaits, protein bites, and more — all crafted with wellness in mind.

The ribbon cutting event was filled with joy and community spirit. Chelsea Preston Graham opened the ceremony with a warm welcome and introduction. Scott Adams followed with a heartfelt prayer, asking for the Lord’s blessing over Heather, Zach, and their exciting new venture.

Chamber Board Chair, Ben Floyd and City Clerk, Wynetta Bolder extended their congratulations and gratitude to the Adams family for choosing to invest in the Douglas community. Their remarks highlighted the importance of local entrepreneurship and the positive impact Douglas Nutrition is already making.

Heather Adams shared words of appreciation, thanking the community for their overwhelming support and for embracing Douglas Nutrition with open arms. The celebration reached its peak as the Adams family, surrounded by family, friends, and local leaders, proudly cut the ribbon to mark the official opening of their business.

Douglas Nutrition is now open and ready to serve the community with energizing, health-conscious options. To learn more or place an order, call 912-501-7167 or visit them at their location at 506 N. Peterson Avenue.
