On June 5, 2025, at around 4 p.m., Randall Green Sherrod, 35, was arrested after he allegedly admitted to violating a restraining order during a hearing.

According to a report from the sheriff’s office, a deputy contacted a detective after Sherrod allegedly admitted to violating a temporary protective order during a hearing. The detective interviewed Sherrod and, according to the report, he admitted a second time to violating the order. The report states that the TPO mandated that Sherrod leave a Pine Valley Road address in Douglas, maintain a 100-foot distance and avoid all contact with the victim.

The report states that evidence proved that Sherrod had violated the order. As a result, he was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking. He was booked into the Coffee County Jail where he remains.
