Shelvy Deanna Smith, age 23, of Nicholls, GA, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at her home. She was born on January 21st, 2002, the daughter of Joey Smith and April Reliford Smith.

Her survivors include: father, Joey (Kelly) Smith of Alma, GA; mother, April Smith of Nicholls, GA; two sisters, Jade Alisa Smith and Taylor Breanna Smith; two brothers, Kolson Blake Smith and Asher Wade Woodard; Papa, Dobby Cothern; Nana, Debra Cothern; Papa, Kenneth Reliford; Papa, Wilbert Smith; grandma, Melba Smith; companion of ten years, Malachi Williams, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by: Baby Brother, Tyler Ian Smith.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM, at the Coffee Middle School Auditorium in Douglas, GA.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, at the Coffee Middle School Auditorium in Douglas, GA, at 3:00 PM, with Bro. Travis Wright and Special Speaker Carla Rish officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will include; Malachi Williams, Levi Reliford, Hunter Reliford, Ian Reliford, Caleb Hobby, Kiptyn Hobby, K.J. Clemons, and Ryan Wimbley.

Honorary pallbearers will include the Coffee High School Class of 2020 and the teachers of Satilla Elementary School.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
