Bruce Arnold, age 56, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 30th, 1968, the son of Mr. John Arnold and the late Jean C. Arnold.
His survivors include: sis beloved wife, Gail Arnold; three sons, Chandler (Alayna) Arnold of Douglas, GA, Zachary Arnold of Douglas, GA, and Cameron Ray of Garfield, GA; two grandchildren, John Wade Arnold and Jackson Arnold; three brothers, Greg Arnold of Waycross, GA, Allen (Kelly) Arnold of Douglas, GA, and Tim (Laurie) Arnold of Nicholls, GA; two sisters, Felicia Royal of Lake City, FL, and Gayla (Bobby) Meeks of Fitzgerald, GA, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean C. Arnold.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11th, 2025, at Trinity Church in Douglas, GA, at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Floyd Musgrove officiating. Interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers will include: Brent Arnold, Axel Arnold, Jason Anderson, Grant Royal, Heath Morris, and Calvin Reliford.
Honorary pallbearer will include: Terry Spell.
Sims Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
