Rosendo Vega Martinez, age 40, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Martinez was born on November 24, 1984, in GuanaJato Mexico to the late Alfonso Martinez and the late Maria Felicidad Vega.
Survivors include: one son, Rafocel Martinez of Douglas, GA; six brothers, Luis Martinez, Sergio Martinez, Raul Martinez, Guadalupe Martinez, Fernando Martinez, Gregorio Martinez; three sisters, Anayeli Martinez, Engracia Martinez, and Lorensa Martinez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Felicidad Vega and father, Alfonso Martinez .
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Sims Chapel with Father Saimel Perdomo officiating.
