Mrs.. Bobbie Swift Johnson, age 91, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, September
10, 2015 at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Johnson was born August 20, 1924 in Louisville, GA to the late Thomas Culpepper Swift and Susie Rhodes Swift. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “BOB” Johnson.

She is survived by her daughter: Jan Knight of Wauchula, FL and her son: Tom (Wanda) Johnson of Roswell, GA; Granddaughter, Jennifer (Ronnie) Franz of Cookville, TN; great grand children: Riley Franz and Kendyll Franz both of Cookville, TN; two sisters: Helen Berry of Devereux, GA and Joyce Fordham of Sparta, GA.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 Pm at Sims Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Douglas, GA with the Rev. Robert Becham and Rev. Sam Vernon officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
