Downtown Holiday Open House will be held in downtown Douglas Sunday, November 22.

Holiday Open House is celebrated each year the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and gives shoppers an early glimpse of what to expect in home decorations and accents for the holidays, as well as an opportunity to preview wonderful gift selections.

“We would like to invite everyone to take advantage of this great event to start their holiday shopping season,” says Pattie Merritt, Main Street Coordinator.  “Many merchants have participated for the past 22 years by opening their doors on this particular Sunday for shoppers and browsers to stop by to enjoy holiday music and refreshments.”

Currently, the following downtown merchants will be participating: J&D Design, J&D Café, Kribs & Kradles, Oasis medAesthetics, Divine, Malcolm’s Drug Store, Town Square Antique Mall, Audrey’s Leftovers, The Mall of Douglas, The Blue Door Décor, Tater Bugs, The Painted Lady Boutique, Harris Furniture, Super 10, Windi’s Bridal Boutique, The Drew House, Style City, Classy 5 Boutique, and Dresses & Dreams.

For more information, contact the City of Douglas Main Street office at (912) 384-5161.
