Ella Mae Stone, age 74, of Nicholls, GA passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Shady Acres Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness. Mrs. Stone was born on June 17, 1941, in Pearson, GA to the late James Irvin Spivey, Sr and Mary Lillian Anderson Spivey.

Survivors include: her three daughters, Jackie Lolly of Pearson, GA, Mary Stone of Nicholls, GA and Diedre Stone of Nicholls, GA; three sisters, Kathy Reliford of Pearson, GA, Vivian Huerto of Douglas, GA and Shirley Yawn of Tifton, GA; three brothers, Lewis Spivey of Douglas, GA, James Spivey, Jr., of Nicholls, GA and JR Spivey of Mississippi; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlis Stone and a son Carlis Delana Stone.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Trinity Non-Denominational Church. Interment followed at Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery near Atkinson County.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In Lieu of Flowers memorial may be made to Care P.S.P, 30 East Padonian Rd., Suite 201, Timonium, MD 21093.
