Mr. Joseph Morris White, age 68, of Nicholls, GA passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. White was born on October 7, 1947 in Waynesville, GA to the late J B White and Deilia Clements White.
Survivors include his wife: Gail Taylor White of Nicholls, GA; four sons: Joe (Tammie Kay) White of Valdosta, GA; Mickey White of Lake Butler, GA; Stacey White of Lakeland, GA; and Levi White of Valdosta, GA; five daughters: Melissa Troupe of Nicholls, GA; Sabrina Troupe of Douglas, GA; Tonya Cardona of Douglas, GA; Brandy Gillis of Douglas, GA and Marissa Troupe of Nicholls, GA; two sisters: Peggy Phillips of Atlanta, GA and Marie Alice May of Tennessee; twenty-three Grandchildren and Seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The White family will receive friends and loved one on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral servie will be held Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Saving Grace Ministries with Rev. Cliff Kirkland and Rev. Russell McQuaig officiating.
