Join local naturalists Chris Adams and Tyler Lott as they educate the public about the beauty and importance of our native wildlife and their habitats during the South Georgia BBQ & Outdoor Festival.  Attendees will be able to get up close to some of Georgia’s native wildlife species.

“We are proud to host three shows with our local naturalists, Chris Adams and Tyler Lott,” says Georgia Henderson, Public Information Director.  “People of all ages will enjoy this show while also becoming more knowledgeable about animals that we encounter in our outdoors.”

The Full Circle Outdoors Display will be onsite both days of the show.  The show will be held Friday, September 9 at 4 p.m. and on Saturday, September 10 at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

General admission to the South Georgia BBQ & Outdoor Festival is free; however, fees do apply for other events during the festival including the Friday night concert featuring Koa, Laney Strickland Band and headliner band JJ Grey & Mofro.

For more information or to help sponsor this event, call 912-383-0277 or email bbqfest @ cityofdouglas.com.
