Rosie Veal was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant. She spoke about the General Educational Development (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes provided at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.
Danny Bradley was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, Sept. 6. Mr. Bradley spoke about the different types of ballistic vests and the level of protection each provides.
The Kiwanis Club members enjoyed and appreciated their talks.
