 Mr. Elisha D. Lott, age 76 of Douglas, passed away Tuesday evening, March 14, 2017, at his residence following a short illness. Mr. Lott was born October 19, 1940 to the late William Roy Lott, Sr. and the late Alliener Parker Lott. Mr. Lott is preceded in death by his son Charlie Michael Daniel Lott.


Survivors include: 10 children, Debra Cheryl Batten, Elisha Darrell Lott, Elisha David Lott, Stephen Dewain Lott and Timothy Joseph Lott, all of Douglas, GA, Kaponia Kendall Calderon of Smyrna, GA, Marilyn D. Kendall Ivey of Athens, GA, Cassandra S. Kendall of Seattle, WA, James R. Kendall of Kentucky and Robin E. Kendall of Mississippi
; sisters Leola Spivey of Valdosta, GA, Thelma (Harold) Burkett of Alma, GA and Pauline (Orville) Miller of Douglas, GA; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held Friday, March 17, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at West Ward Church of God with Rev. Britt Peavy officiating. The interment will follow at Vickers Rural Cemetery. Mr. Lott will be placed in the church at 10:00 A.M. to lie in state until the funeral hour.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
