Billy Charles Harper, age 63, of Pearson, GA, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at his residence following a brief illness.
Mr. Harper was born on January 21, 1954, in Dade City, FL to the late Johnny Harper and Beatrice Stevens Harper. Survivors include: his daughter, Amber Nicole Harper Stuart of Bristol, VA; brother, Jimmy Harper of Pearson, GA; five sisters, Margaret Moody of Homerville, GA, Elizabeth Burney of Falkville, AL, Geneva Hardee of Homerville, GA, Evelyn Taylor of Nashville, GA, and Barbara Harper of Douglas, GA; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Franklin Church Cemetery. Interment followed at Franklin Church Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
