Student officers from the Coffee Middle School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Chapter attended S.L.O.T.S. (Summer Leadership & Officer Training Summit) July 18, 2017. The summit was held at Crisp County High School in Cordele, Ga. Students participated in sessions to prepare them for their duties and responsibilities in their local chapter.

Chapter officers also worked with advisers and other chapters from around the state to develop or refine a program of work for the new school year. In addition, students participated in several team building exercises to help develop a stronger officer team. They were able to meet officers and members from other clubs through learning and sharing time as they discussed best practices and success stories from previous years.
