The Satilla Rural Electric Membership Corporation through its Round Up program has made another wonderful gift to Wiregrass Georgia Technical College Foundation North. The gift was given as part of the college’s Thanks and Giving Campaign.

The $5,000 donation makes funds available for scholarships to worthy students. The Satilla REMC has been a very supportive partner with Wiregrass for many years. Upon receiving the gift, Wiregrass President, Dr. Tina K. Anderson said, “This gift will enable students to complete their educational and career goals. After graduation, students can go to work without college debt. We very much appreciate Satilla Rural Electric for supporting our students and our college.” For questions on how you can help the college and the students, contact Crissy Staley, Executive Director of Fundraising at Crissy.staley@wiregrass.edu, or Mona Paulk, Executive Director of Advancement at mona.paulk@wiregrass.edu
