The Coffee to the Coast drive to collect supplies to assist those affected by Hurricane Michael is in full swing. Today is the last day to donate – from now until 3:30 pm at the CRMC front desk and from 4 pm-7 pm tonight at the Wal-Mart truck in the CRMC parking lot. If you need ideas on supplies for Coffee to the Coast, below are a few:

  1. 1. Kids Activities: crayons, coloring books etc.
  2. 2. Geriatric Supplies: adult diapers, ensure drinks – a small amount of this was given which promotes the thought of how this will likely be needed
    3. Ziplocks (to make care bags with the travel size supplies that been donated)
    4. Duct tape
    5. Baby food (there is plenty of formula, but not a lot of baby food)
    6. Diapers (we have a lot but babies sure go through these)
    7. Tampons
    8. Canned soup with pop tops
    9. Gas cans
    10. Tide Pods (we can break these up into smaller bags)
    11. Love and prayers for our drivers’ safe travels and the safety of those receiving and distributing our supplies

There are plenty of dental supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste thanks to Smile Doctors and Lindsey, Moorman and Crawford Dentists and many individuals who have given. There is also an abundance of dog food thanks to Wal-Mart DC and other individuals. Premium Waters has given lots of with water and Fleetwood Homes and Lott Builders along with several individuals have blessed Coffee to the Coast with tarp materials and nails.
