Baldwin’s Ballers camp scheduled at SGSC this summer

Cory Baldwin, head men’s basketball coach at South Georgia State College (SGSC), will host his tenth annual Baldwin’s Ballers basketball camp this summer. Assistant Coach D.J. Hardy will serve as camp coordinator.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 6-15. Four-day sessions are scheduled for the weeks of June 17, 24, July 8, and 15 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on SGSC’s Waycross Campus.

Each session is $90 per camper, which includes a t-shirt. A discount is available to campers who attend multiple sessions as well as family members of SGSC employees. Campers should register at least 24 hours prior to the start of each session. Walk-up registrations will incur a $5 late fee.

“I’m looking forward to hosting our tenth camp this summer,” said Baldwin. “Campers will learn fundamental basketball skills, not only from my assistant coach and me, but also current and former players.”

Baldwin said campers should wear a t-shirt, shorts, and athletic socks and shoes during each weekly session. Campers may bring their lunch or money to purchase lunch on site.

For more information, contact Baldwin at (912) 449-7605 or cory.baldwin@sgsc.edu.
