The inaugural artist is Harvey Williams.  Harvey Williams is a pastor, published author of five books, columnist and staff writer for the Atkinson County Citizen newspaper, coin collector (coin collections displayed in five of the six Satilla Regional Library branches) and amateur wildlife photographer.
