Mrs. Madie Adeline Rivers, age 64, of Nashville, Ga. passed away, Sunday, October 18, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center in Lakeland, Ga. 

 

Survivors include:

 

Husband:  Ricky Rivers of Nashville, Ga.

 

Sons:  Ronnie Curtis Touchton and wife, Crystal of Columbus, Ga.

             Brandon Matthew Touchton of Nashville, Ga.

             Thomas Junior Bagley and wife, Mackenzie of Pearson, Ga.

             Dustin Blake Bagley and wife, Annie of Willacoochee, Ga.

 

Step-Son:  Ricky Rivers, Jr. of Willacoochee, Ga.

 

Daughters:  Melissa Renae Touchton of Nashville, Ga.

                     Amy Alesia Bennett of Axson, Ga.

                    M’Star Dora Futch and husband, Trey of Nashville, Ga.

                    Spring Renae Moore and husband, Kerry, Jr. of Douglas, Ga.

 

Brother:  Preston Adams of Axson, Ga.

 

Sisters:  Pam Garrett of Elijay, Ga.

               Mary Luke and husband, Keith of Axson, Ga.

               Barbara Nipper and husband, Thomas of Douglas, Ga.

 

Several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Rivers will be held, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Cornerstone Church in Pearson at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Benji Adams and Rev. Allen Arrowood officiating.  The interment will follow in Indian Mound Church Cemetery in Millwood.

 

Visitation for Mrs. Rivers will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson. 

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including social distancing.

 

Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
