Ms. Thelma V. Bryant, age 81 of Willacoochee, Ga., passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Pruitt Health in Ocilla following an extended illness.

 

She was born in Irwin County on March 27, 1939, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ozzie Bryant and Lizzie Clark.  Ms. Bryant lived her life in the Willacoochee and Irwin County areas and enjoyed being a homemaker.  She was preceded in death, along with her parents, by her sister, Louise Welch and three brothers, Lonnie Bryant, Clarence Bryant and Elisha Bryant.

 

Graveside funeral services for Ms. Bryant will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Luke Church Cemetery in Berrien County with Rev. David Rowe officiating.  Special musical selection, “Amazing Grace,” will be sung by those in attendance.  The interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the Coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.
