Ms. Cindy Ophelia Duncan Irby of Willacoochee, GA passed away November 13, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Irby was born February 9, 1958 to the late Clifford Duncan and the late Mary Mildred Pike Duncan. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Irby.
Ms. Irby, a native of Alabama, was the manager of Auto Zone here in Douglas for over 20 years. She was of the Baptist faith.
