Mrs. Geneva Worth Stone, age 86 of West Green, GA passed away Sunday afternoon, October 16, 2022 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Stone was born December 6, 1935 to the late Enoch Worth and the late Josephine Chaney Worth. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Harvey Stone; a son; Eddie Stone and 6 Siblings: Thorpe Worth, Gussie Harrell, Boots Shrouder, Talmadge Worth, Coot Worth and Albert Worth. 

 

 

Mrs. Stone, a native of Coffee County, was retired from the Coffee County School System, as a lunchroom worker. She was a member of Pine View Church of God. 

 

 

Survivors include: 

 

 

2 Sons: Larry Stone of West Green, GA 

Ronnie Stone of Denton, GA 

 

 

6 Grandchildren 

 

 

A number of great grandchildren 

 

 

A number of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends 

 

 

The graveside service and interment will be held Thursday afternoon, October 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Lone Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dewayne Atkinson officiating. 

 

 

Active Pallbearers for the service will be: Jed Stone, Jessie Hulett, Jonathan Hulett, Carl McCullar, Matthew McCullar and Tyler Cal Harper. 

 

 

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
