Mr. Oscar Brockington was born on July 30, 1942, to the late Jester Brockington and Lillie Mae Brockington. 

 

 

Mr. Oscar passed away on February 28, 2023, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. 

 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jester Brockington and Lillie Mae Brockington; two brothers: Jester Brockington and John Brockington; one sister, Mary Lizzie. 

 

 

Oscar leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters: Chera Bivens (Elo) of Albany, Georgia, and Jennifer Brockington of West Palm Beach Florida; five grandchildren; two brothers: Isaac (Linda) Brockington Sr. and Freddie Lee (Shirley) Brockington Douglas, Georgia; two sisters: Annie Mae Brockington of Miami, Florida, and Annie Ruth of Jacksonville, Florida; a special niece, Donzella Stinson of Douglas, Georgia; a special nephew, Isaac Brockington Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

 

 

Harrell’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
