ONE Compelling Picture is hosting movie auditions on Friday, May 12 from 5:00PM-9:00PM for their upcoming feature production, Redwood, slated to be filmed in July. Auditions are for lead roles, background actors, and extras. Interested people must sign up for auditions at redwoodthemovie.com, and they can register for in-person or virtual auditions. To be considered for a role in the film, actors must have signed up online, learned the audition script, and have provided a headshot photo.

ONE Compelling Picture has been producing movies in Coffee County since 2012. Starting with their first feature, Even Eye, ONE Compelling Picture has grown into a bigger production company currently producing their fifth feature film, Redwood. Their previous production was Grace To Forgive, which filmed on location in Douglas last July and premiered at a red carpet event at The Martin Centre in November. The film is currently being entered into the Rome International Film Festival in Rome, GA and will then move forward with going to streaming platforms.

ONE Compelling Picture doesn’t look at their company as just a film production company but a ministry for the Coffee County community. It is their mission to produce every movie with the idea of growing the ministry. With that mindset, they’ve been able to meet entire families and individuals that don’t know anything about the film industry and bring them into their family they call their production company. ONE Compelling Picture has partnered with local production companies such as 32 Production, 221 North Productions, and Bridge Builders Initiative, and this partnership has opened up opportunities for the local film community.

ONE Compelling Picture truly is a production company that is for Georgia and its communities. They work as a ministry producing faith-based films focused on faith, family, and social issues that are faced today.
