Mrs. Carrie Tanner passed away suddenly on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at her residence. She was born on December 15, 1971 to Ms. Margaret Kroeger and the late Mr. Larry Tanner of Douglas, Georgia.

 

 

Survivors Include; Husband; Bryon Tanner of Douglas, Georgia, One Son; Blakely (Bambi) Tanner of Douglas, GA, One Daughter; Lauren Tanner of Douglas, GA, Mother; Margaret Belk of Douglas, GA, Two Brothers; Brandon Tanner Of Douglas Georgia, and Chad (Michele) Tanner of Douglas, GA, One sister-in-law; Susan (Michael) Hampton, One Granddaughter; Lilley Grace Tanner, Two Nephews; Hasting (Jaycee) Tanner, and Tanner Hampton, Two Nieces; Camryn Tanner, and Laken Tanner, She was preceeded in death by her father; Larry Tanner.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Thursday June 22, 2023 at Sims Funeral Home from 6PM until 9PM.

 

 

Funeral services will be held at Stokesville Baptist Church on Friday June 24, 2023 at 4PM with Rev. Edward Matthews officiating .

 

 

Sympathy may be expressed by signing the online registry at www.simsfuneralhome.org.
