The Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 9, 2023 in honor of the grand opening of Revive Hydration & Functional Health.

Revive Hydration & Functional Health offers a new approach to healthcare, and they are elated to be able to provide these innovative services to our community and surrounding areas. They are located at 1150 Ward Street Extension in Suite B1, right next to Moorman, Lindsey, & Crawford Dental.

In honor of the grand opening, fellow Chamber member Chick-Fil-A set up their food trailer, and the Revive staff provided the attendees with custom t-shirts.

Revive Hydration and Functional Health takes a holistic approach to a patient’s health using state of the art hair analysis testing to customize a nutrition and vitamin plan specific to the patient. The Nurse Practitioner, Bobby Guess, Jr., is highly trained in functional and traditional medicine. He combines the use of iv vitamin infusions, ozone sauna therapy, and red light therapy to provide each patient optimal wellness.

Bobby Guess, Jr., FPN-C and his wife, Melissa Guess, are the owners of Revive. They discovered functional and holistic health many years ago when helping their daughter heal after her autoimmune Hashimoto’s diagnosis. Through many hours of studying under functional medicine doctors, Bobby knew he needed to bring this new approach of healthcare to Coffee County. Prior to this new venture, Bobby served as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Room at Coffee Regional Medical Center for nearly 10 years.

After many years of residing in Atkinson County, the Guess family recently moved to Coffee County. Both Bobby and Melissa hope to offer Coffee County and surrounding areas with quality healthcare for many years to come. In addition to their in-office services, they also have a mobile hydration unit that will allow them to set up at parties, weddings, sporting events and tournaments, family reunions, or do house calls if you are sick and need fluids/vitamins.

Revive Hydration & Functional Health can be reached by email at revivehfh@gmail.com, via their website at www.revive-hydration.com, and by telephone at 912-720-5450.
