Mr. Larry Cornel Swain, age 77 of Douglas, GA, passed away early Sunday morning, September 17, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Swain was born June 6, 1946 to the late William Swain and the late Queenie Mae Phelps Swain.
Mr. Swain, a native of Mount Vernon, NY was a custodian with the Mount Vernon School System in Mount Vernon, NY.

A memorial service for Mr. Swain will be announced for a later date.
