Mrs. Vicey “Knot” Thomas Chaney McNab, 87, of Broxton, GA, passed away October 20, 2023, at Coffee Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Douglas, GA, to the late Jim Clinton Thomas and Lessie Clements Thomas.

 

 

Mrs. McNab is survived by her 2 Sons, Stevie Chaney and Tony Chaney of West Green, GA; One sister: Thelma Norris Henderson of McRae, GA; 5 Grandchildren: Kyler McNab (Sarah), Ashley Burkett, Kayla Chaney, and Kimberly Chaney of West Green, GA, and Briann Amann of Myrtle Beach, SC. Six stepchildren: Patrick(Amanda) McNab, Greg McNab, Michael McNab, Elaine (Andy) Clark, Debra (Randy) King, and Danny (Sonya) McNab. Special family friend, Timothy Anderson. Several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.

 

 

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Willie Carl Chaney, husband Frank McNab; 4 brothers: Virgil Thomas, Willie Thomas, Hillie Thomas, and L.C. Thomas; 2 sisters: Lessie Mae Thomas Holman and Martha Thomas Lott.

 

 

Visitation services will take place Monday, October 23, 2023, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral & Cremation Services, Douglas, Georgia. Graveside services for Mrs. McNab will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lone Hill Church Cemetery, 6832 Broxton West Green Hwy, West Green, Georgia.
