Will Moseley of Snipesville has been selected for Season 22 of American Idol. Tonight – January 15, 2024 – American Idol will be in Snipesville taping a free concert at the Snipesville Community Center at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

On January 4, 2024, Moseley announced on his Facebook page that he had auditioned for Season 22 and been selected. “About a year ago, a friend of mine asked me why I didn’t try out for a singing competition. I didn’t really have a reason but the opportunity just hadn’t presented itself,” he wrote. It’s safe to say that the opportunity finally did present itself and the gamble paid off. The first episode of the new season will air on February 18 and tonight’s concert is a special hometown performance for the season premiere.

Late last week, Moseley wrote the following on his Facebook page: “They wanted to know where I was from, and this is the only way I know to show them! Y’all come out Monday night, enjoy yourselves, and have a good time listening to myself and the band for a couple hours! We plan to start at 7 so that we are able to incorporate everyone! I look forward to seeing you there, and hope you bring the whole family!”

The concert is scheduled to take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you plan to attend, seating is limited so bring a chair.
