William Lester Hall, age 84, of Douglas, GA, passed away on Sunday, March 24th, 2024, at Kindred Hospital North Florida, following an extended illness. He was born on November 5th, 1939 the son of the late Earnest Hall and Lilly Conger Hall.

His survivors include: Wife; Jean C. Hall of Douglas, GA, One Son; Jonathan G. (Analisa) Hall of Douglas, GA, Three Grandchildren; Mitchell Wyatt Hall, Vanessa (Matthew) Sampson, and Sophia Parrish, One Sister; Martha (Donnie) Kirkland of Nicholls, GA, along with several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by; Four Brothers; David Hall, Alvin Hall, Carl Hall and Rev. Billy Hall, Three Sisters; Earnestine Exum, Imogene Lister, and Geneva Singletary.

The family will received friends on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM.

Funeral Services will be held at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, at 4:00PM, with Rev. Bob Powell and Rev. Donnie Kirkland officiating. Interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens.

Active Pallbearers will be; Larry Lewis, Scott Kirkland, Darren Kirkland, William Hall, James Exum and Jeff Southerland.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
