The Lady Patriots scored five more in the bottom of the third, three of which came on Lewis’s home run to center. Lowery and Giddens also drove in runs that inning.

The Wildcats showed some fight of their own, scoring two in the third, two in the fourth, four in the fifth, and one in the seventh. CCA had a 13-9 lead after four and a half then added another run in the bottom of the fifth. Crisp Academy hit double digits with a lone run in the seventh.
