A 47-year-old Douglas has been in jail most of the month after he allegedly violated a temporary protective order by sending text and Facebook messages to the victim.

The victim had a TPO that had been issued against Warren Lewis, 47, of Douglas. Lewis was not supposed to have contact with the victim or her family.
