Robert Lee Hubbard (aka) HubCap, age 40 of Pembroke, Georgia passed away July 20, 2025 at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. He loved to fish, laugh, and be with his family and friends.
Robert is survived by his loving partner,Jennifer Rowland of Pembroke, GA; Parents, Rodney and Michele Schramm of Pembroke, GA; two daughters, Anna Hubbard and Ciara Hubbard; and one son, Jayden Hubbard all of Douglas, GA; one brother and sister in law, Brandon and Alicia Schramm of Pace, FL; one aunt, Leslie and Nat Carter of Waycross, GA; two uncles, Derrell and Carolyn Wilson of North Carolina and Uncle Greg Allen Hubbard of Spokane, WA; two nephews, Kaleb and Tristan Schramm of Pace, FL; grandparents, Ulla and Robert Howorka of Spokane, WA and several cousins. Robert is preceded in death by grandparents Fred and Cherie Schramm and Frank Allen Hubbard.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00 PM until 9:0 0PM.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th, 2025, at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Rodney Schramm officiating. Interment will follow at the City of Douglas, Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will include: Brandon Schramm, Ashley Wilson, Nicholas Wilson, Jason Hurst.
