The CCA Lady Patriots won their 12th game of the season with a 9-1 six-inning victory over Twiggs Academy last Thursday in Douglas.
Peighton Harper threw a three-hit complete game, surrendering one earned run while striking out nine and walking two. She was also 1-2 at the plate with a walk. Cadence Cravey was 3-4 with three runs and three RBI, including a double and a triple. Brilynn Waldron was 2-4 with two runs scored.
The Lady Patriots are 12-3 on the season and return to action today against Robert Toombs Christian Academy in Lyons. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
