Brian “Slim” Graham, age 45, of Broxton, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 23, 1980, in Douglas, GA to the late Glenn Graham and Vickie Lynn Graham.
His survivors include: mother, Vickie Lynn Graham of Broxton, GA; two brothers, Michael (Mary ) Graham of Willacoochee, GA, and Robert Courson of Zuni, VA; five special nieces, Kenzie Graham, Emily Nix, Kimmie Dupree, Kasey Moon and Kelly Moon; two special nephews, Richard Dupree and Kade Graham; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Graham.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11:00 am at Sims Chapel in Douglas, GA, with Rev. Kevin Bounds officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Hill Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers include: Cam Batten, BJ Kight, Bailey Johnson, Chad Solomon, James Alan Corbitt, and John Graham.
Honorary pallbearer will include: Chris Stanfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
