A 53-year-old was arrested and charged with prowling and criminal damage to property after he allegedly jumped on cars in the area of Mark Hannah Street and East College Park Drive.
According to a report from the Douglas Police Department, on February 7, 2026, at around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a trespassing complaint. When the officer arrived, the complainant stated that a man wearing blue sweat pants and a blue hoodie had jumped on her car and another vehicle in the area.
The report says that the suspect, identified as Kenneth Lee Davis, 53, of Douglas, fled toward East College Park Drive. More officers responded and they patrolled the area looking for Davis. Another individual stopped one of the officers and told him that someone matching Davis’s description had been seen jumping on multiple vehicles again. The report says Davis was also “acting erratically.”
