A 57-year-old Douglas man who “wanted sex” was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly attacked a woman living in a tent behind Lowe’s who turned him down, according to an incident report from the Douglas Police Department.
The report says that around 4 a.m. on March 10, 2026, Craig Barrs, 58, tore open the door of the victim’s tent. The victim was living in a tent in the woods behind Lowe’s.
