A 19-year-old woman will spend the weekend in jail after she allegedly threatened to shoot others at Coffee High School’s graduation on May 23, 2026.
Thursday evening, Coffee County School System police officers were notified that an individual, identified as Santiana Gibson, 19, had allegedly made an electronic threat to shoot one or more individuals at a certain point during Saturday morning’s graduation ceremony at Jardine Stadium.
Officers arrested Gibson and transported her to the Coffee County Jail. She was held on a detainer until the system took warrants. The warrants were taken Friday. Gibson has been charged with terroristic threats and acts. She remains in the Coffee County Jail.
