The Coffee Lady Trojans had a little trouble Saturday afternoon, losing 5-2 to the Jeff Davis County Yellow Jackets and 2-0 to the Vidalia Indians. Both games were played at Jeff Davis County.

In game one against the Jackets, Jeff Davis scored three in the third and two in the sixth. Coffee managed just one run in the second and one in the sixth. She struck out three and walked three.
Against Vidalia, Coffee managed just two hits – one each from Douglas and Allie Pridgen.
Maggie Brown threw a complete game three-hitter. The Indians scored two runs off Brown, neither of which were earned. She struck out seven to two walks.
The Lady Trojans are 11-6 thus far. They return to region action Tuesday with a game on the road against Veterans. Thursday, Veterans comes to Faircloth Field for a doubleheader at 3:50 p.m.
