The statewide runoff election for State School Superintendent and U.S. Senate is scheduled for July 22, 2014, from 7:00a.m. until 7:00p.m. All local polling locations will be open for the election, including Ambrose, Broxton, Bridgetown, Douglas, Nicholls, and West Green. Early voting will take place at the Coffee County Elections Office, 224 W. Ashley Street in Douglas, beginning Monday, June 30 and ending Friday, July 18. Hours for voting will be 8:30a.m. through 5:00p.m., There will be no Saturday voting, and the office will be closed July 4.
