The City of Douglas and community partners will host a park appreciation day at Roundtree Park beginning at 4:30 p.m. this Saturday, June 20.

Community agencies will be celebrating the re-opening of the park with various activities for citizens to enjoy.  The Douglas Fire Department and Douglas Police Department will provide educational resources, as well as limited free refreshments.

At Roundtree Park, citizens may enjoy playground equipment, basketball courts, baseball field, and the splash pad.

To reserve Roundtree Park and other City of Douglas neighborhood parks for special events, please call the Douglas-Coffee County Recreation Department at (912) 384-5978.
