Commander Bart McCulloch of the Douglas Police Department spoke at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, June 16, at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant.
Commander McCulloch briefed the members on the Citizens Police Academy, which is an eight-week course designed to educate local citizens in all aspects of police work. The first class starts on August 13, 2015, and runs through October 3.
