I’m sorry for the delay in posting recipes these past few weeks. I had the pleasure of “crystals” in my right ear being misplaced. Unfortunately, I tripped over a rug in the floor as I was hurriedly doing some housekeeping and the next morning after the fall, the room was spinning like crazy! After several days of not recovering, I saw the doctor and found out my condition. I did not know I had crystals! It took several weeks to get better after some physical therapy. It was a pleasure to visit one of our local restaurants in Downtown Douglas this week, Fireside Pizza Shop. I attended a wedding recently and it was great to see two young adults committing their lives to each other and to witness the excitement I could visualize in their sparkling eyes! Awe, so “in love”! Good gracious, I’m amazed at the support I’ve received from my viewers on Douglasnow.com and Facebook and I’m very grateful. When you do what you love, it’s easier to do than most tasks.
