Mrs. Wiggins was born on May 12, 1928, in Telfair County, Georgia, to George Burkhalter and Amanda Roberson Burkhalter. Sue was an active member at The Sanctuary Church for over three decades. He will provide supervisory and administrative oversight to several Investigative Division work units around the state, to include the Atlanta Regional Investigative Office and the Human Exploitation and Trafficking (HEAT) Unit.
