Frances Nannette Register Trowell (June 23, 1934 – May 5, 2022) was born in Dublin, Georgia to the late Roy Benjamin Register and Sara Frances Garner Register and graduated from Bessie Tift and Valdosta State Colleges. Mrs. Trowell taught students in grades 2 through 12 in Coffee County Schools for 30 years.
