Mrs. Hazel Frances Reilly Mancil, age 80 of Douglas, passed away Friday morning, November 26, 2021 at Community Hospice in Vidalia following an extended illness. Mrs. Mancil was born November 1, 1941 to the late Dr. Phillip Maurice Reilly and the late Dolores Marchand. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Dr. Angel Marchand. Mrs. Mancil, a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico, had lived in the Broxton, GA area for many years. She had been employed with Coffee Regional Medical Center for 40 years as an RN. The college’s online programs were recently recognized among the top in the nation for online community colleges by OnlineSchoolsGuide.net.
