The Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Drug Unit and the Hazlehurst Police Department drug investigator rounded up a half dozen individuals last week for drugs and weapons charges with two simultaneous searches and one follow up search. On Monday, November 8, 2021 at approximately 1:15 p.m. Jeff Davis Sheriffs’ Deputies and drug investigators conducted a drug investigation in the Snipesville Community. As a result, three individuals were found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and a loaded firearm.
