Mr. Johnnie “Jack” May, age 93 of Axson, Ga. passed away, Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Ga. following a brief illness. Mr. May was born March 24, 1928, son of the late Mose and Verdie Davis May. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked in sales for many years. Born July 9, 1938 in Albany, Ga., Rob was the son of the late J.L. Summerlin and Ruby Carter Summerlin. He was a graduate of Emory University, receiving his MBA from Emory in 1961.
