Mr. Banks was born on August 13, 1927 in Coffee County, Georgia the son of the late Oscar Preston & Mittie Ann Wheeler Banks. Mr. Banks was a retired supervisor with Fleetwood Homes and was a member of College Avenue Baptist Church. Mrs. Dedmond was born on February 11, 1934 in Athens, Tennessee the daughter of the late Charles Willard and Martha Gladys Powell Knox.
