David Clint Nettles of Willacoochee, Georgia, passed away on August 9, 2020. He was born May 15, 1981 the beloved son of David and Charlotte Nettles of Willacoochee, Georgia and was the brother to a devoted sister, Lori Sayer of Rutledge, Georgia. Clint was preceded in death by grandparents Enos and Mattie Mae Nettles, and William Reaves and Hortense Reaves Day. Clint was a farmer, inventor, entrepreneur and a talented artist and musician. Sports are back in Coffee County The Coffee Lady Trojans softball squad kicked off the fall sports schedules last week with three games all at Faircloth Field in front of large crowds. A Georgia man and his company have been charged with violating the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) by selling a drug claiming to treat COVID-19. Matthew Ryncarz, and his company, Fusion Health and Vitality, LLC d/b/a/ Pharm Origins, are accused of selling a misbranded drug called “Immune Shot” that they falsely claimed would lower consumer’s risk of contracting COVID-19 by nearly 50 percent, said Bobby L. Mr. David Malcolm Medders, age 67 of Willacoochee, passed away early Sunday morning, August 9, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center, following a short illness. Mr. Medders was born September 27, 1952 to the late S.W. Medders and the late Myrtice Griner Medders. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Winifred Medders. Mrs. Nell McCranie, age 97 of Willacoochee, Ga., passed away, Friday, August 7, 2020 at her home following an extended illness.
